Namaste

Unforgettable trek in Nepal as arranged by Mountain World! Great thanks for Sali and his teams.

Specially thanks for our guide, Sital and porter, Dinesh. We had so much fun along the trek for 10 days from Mardi Himal all the way to ABC trek. Highly recommended!

Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lake Trek | 17 Days and Cost

i did Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lakes trek along with 14 other friends with Mountain World Treks. It was a long trek but really nice. The mountains were amazing and the lower part of the trail through the forest was also beautiful. Some mornings were very cold. Niraj, Tek and Ramesh were always checking on us.  Reaching Everest Base Camp felt a bit unreal. Gokyo Lake was also one of my favorite parts. Everything was arranged well .Good experience overall.

Mardi Himal Trek | Itinerary, Cost & Difficulty 2026/27

I enjoyed the Mardi trek more than I expected. The rhododendron forest was probably my favorite part. Then suddenly you get open mountain views. Some days we were tired and didn’t feel like talking much, but Dinesh and Suresh kept us going. They were also careful about the group. Nobody was left alone. Food and rooms were arranged properly. We mostly just had to walk and enjoy the views. it was excellent. kudos to mountain world treks and his team.

Mardi Himal Trek | Itinerary, Cost & Difficulty 2026/27

Mardi Himal was a moderate trek for us. The walking was not always easy, but it was manageable. The mountain views were beautiful and I really liked walking through the rhododendron forest. Some mornings were very cold. Dinesh and Suresh were good guides and kept checking on everyone. If someone was behind, one of them stayed with them. The rooms were comfortable enough after a long walk. Everything was already arranged, so we didn’t have to worry much. Good experience with Mountain World Treks.

Gokyo Lakes Trek | 13 Days, Cost Itinerary and Best Time

Just finished the Gokyo Lakes trek with Mountain World Treks . it was harder than I expected. The trail was beautiful, but some parts really tested us, especially when we were already tired and the cold made it even harder. Some mornings were extremely cold. We carried our small backpacks, and there were times when even that felt too much. Meanwhile, we kept seeing the porters walking ahead with such heavy loads and wondered how they were doing it. i guess nepalese are just built different. Niraj and Bipin were really good guides. They kept checking on everyone and made sure nobody was left alone. If someone was walking slowly, one of them would stay back. There were times we were tired and not in the best mood, but they would crack a joke or encourage us, and somehow the walk felt a little easier. The accommodation was comfortable enough after a long day. Everything was arranged properly, so we didn’t have to worry about rooms, food, routes or other things. We could just focus on walking and enjoying the trek. It was tough, cold and tiring at times, but definitely worth it. We would happily trek with Mountain World Treks again.

North Annapurna base camp Trek

I recently finished the North Annapurna Base Camp trek with Mountain World Treks and  I really liked the trail. It felt quite remote and there were not many people around, which I actually enjoyed. We passed so many waterfalls on the way, and some parts of the trail were just beautiful without even trying. The food was pretty basic, so don’t expect too many choices, but it was enough after a long walking day. The trail was sometimes tiring and rough, but that’s also what made the trek feel like a real adventure. My guide Sudip was good and easy to travel with. He  kept things moving without making it feel rushed. And the view from North Annapurna Base Camp… that was the best part for me. Standing there with the mountains right in front of you was something else. Definitely one of those views that is hard to explain properly in words.

Langtang Gosainkunda Trek | 14-Day, Cost, Itinerary & Guide

I thought this trek would be fairly easy because I had seen so many photos of Langtang before coming. Yeah… not exactly. 😂 The Langtang Valley part was manageable for me, but the Gosainkunda climb really tested me. There were moments when I was wondering why I had signed up for this. But our funny guide Dinesh and the scenery kept changing so much that I never got bored. One day you’re walking under trees, another day you’re surrounded by mountains, then suddenly the landscape becomes much more open and rocky. Gosainkunda was the biggest surprise for me. Photos don’t really show how peaceful it feels sitting beside the lake. I also liked that the trek didn’t feel overly crowded. We met other trekkers here and there, but there were plenty of quiet stretches where it was just our group walking. Very tired right now, but very happy I did it. will be visiting Nepal soon for next trek with Mountain world treks.

Nar Phu Valley Trek

Nar Phu was different from what I expected, but in a good way. I thought I would remember the mountains most, but the small , beautiful villages stayed with me more. Some parts of the trail was quiet, with almost no people around, and some sections were rocky. The night in Nar was really cold, but waking up to the mountains outside made it worth it. This trek is not for someone looking for easy trails and comfortable hotels every night. For me, that was part of the fun. My guide Sudip was great and he took care of me really well. He was also extremely knowledgeable. thanks to mountain world treks and my guide for making this trip a huge success.

Langtang Gosainkunda Trek | 14-Day, Cost, Itinerary & Guide

Just finished the Langtang Valley and Gosainkunda trek. The first few days through Langtang were probably my favourite. Walking through the forest, small villages, bridges and then suddenly getting these huge mountain views was something I wasn’t expecting to enjoy this much. Kyanjin Gompa was cold but beautiful, and the morning view from Kyangjin ri was worth getting out of bed for.

The Gosainkunda section felt quite different. The climb was harder, especially towards the lake, and I was honestly questioning my decision a few times. Then you reach Gosainkunda and just stand there for a while. The lake, rocks, snow around it make it worth it.Some days were long and tiring, the food was basic, and the accommodation wasn’t exactly luxury, but comfortable enough after a whole day of walking and that’s part of the experience. Our guide, Bipin was patient whenever I was walking slowly and never made me feel rushed. Coming back to Kathmandu today, I already miss the mountains a little.

Nar Phu Valley Trek

Just got back from Nar Phu and I’m still thinking about that trail between the cliffs. The valley gets quieter and quieter as you go in. Phu village was probably my favorite part. The old stone houses, narrow paths, prayer flags, and those huge mountains sitting right behind everything felt completely different from the usual trekking routes. Some days were hard, especially when the trail went higher and my legs were already tired, but I never felt rushed. Our guide, Bipin was good at knowing when we needed a break without making a big deal about it. Coming back to lower altitude felt strange after spending days up there.

Mardi Himal & Annapurna Base Camp Trek | Cost & Itinerary 2027

Just finished ABC and Mardi Himal and my legs are still complaining 😅. The trek was harder than I expected, especially all those stone steps around Chomrong, but I’m really glad we did both routes.Mardi felt quieter and more peaceful, than ABC. The views from Mardi were probably my favourite though. Waking up early and seeing the mountains slowly light up was worth getting out of the sleeping bag for. Our guideSuresh  was patient with us, especially on the days when we were walking very slowly. Thanks to Mountain World Treks for arranging everything and looking after us. I would do it again, just maybe after my legs recover first.

Everest Base Camp Trek with Helicopter Return |12 Days Plan

I was nervous about the altitude before coming here as it was my first trek above 5000m. Our guide, Niraj never rushed us and that helped a lot. We walked slowly, took breaks when needed and didn’t try to prove anything to each other. I struggled a bit with sleep at higher altitude. Food was also getting pretty repetitive by the end, but honestly I didn’t care much. I just wanted to reach Base Camp. When we finally got there,. I just stood there quietly for a few minutes. It was cold, windy and I was exhausted. Somehow that made the moment feel more real. Then came the helicopter. Going from walking on a rocky trail to sitting in a helicopter looking down at the exact route we’d struggled through was crazy. Definitely one of the best parts of the trip.
